Sealgass Talisman 2 (Apana)

The word Apana can mean many things: the downward movement of vital energy in the body, nourishment and elegance, a marketplace, a water shed, it can even be used to describe someone’s character in leadership independence and creative problem solving. 
I use the downward facing triangle to represent Apana as the first definition, but all of these definitions have something in common that reminds me of water, the ocean and its energies.
